I spoke with Deb twice. What an idiot. She calls and leaves a message to call her. You call her. She's on the phone and you leave a message. You call her back again a few days later and she asks: "Why are you calling me?”

Deb is an example of what modern recruiting has come to be.

And How about Anna - has a job - appears to be the right fit will submit as a candidate and then NO follow up. So a call is placed ( because Anna tells you during the pre-interviewing process she always answers her phone ) goes to front desk then to VM. You call again ( 3 hours later) and reach her she is busy and will call you back. 5 days go by and no call ( not kidding). So you see another possible positiion and another recruiter from the same office calls you - tell her that working with Anna - and guess what she says, "Call Anna" after SHE HAS CALLING YOU!

They need to get their act together VERY SHADY organization.!!!

My experience with Deb was outstanding. We had an excellent repore, she returned MY calls within an hour and I contracted with Gentech for 6 months. The job was everything she said it would be, along with benefits and pay. I referred 4 of my co-workers to her, and they all got the same treatment. MAYBE IT'S YOUR SKILLS THAT DON'T WARRENT A CALL BACK>>>
