I had the displeasure of dealing with "Anthony" regarding a software development position. I was repeatedly asked the same questions and my own questions were unanswered after numerous calls and e-mail conversations. He was unable to answer even the vaguest questions about the scope of work, expected duration, or technical skill set required. After ignoring my questions for several days, he then proceeded to try setting up an interview without even establishing whether it would be a waste of time to drive an hour to meet with his client. Then there's the matter of his phone calls. He calls your home number several times in a row, without a single pause between when he doesn't get an immediate answer. Even if someone is home, there are a number of reasons why they might not answer - that is what voice mail is for. When I let him know I'd interviewed for been offered, and accepted another position in the few days it took him to *not* answer my questions, he insulted me (calling me unprofessional and claiming I wasn't serious about the position) implying it was somehow my fault for not 'being patient'. This from the guy who wanted to rush me into an interview without establishing whether I was even qualified. The guy was an ignoramus and reflects poorly on his company. VERY poorly. I asked him not to contact me again.
