Computer Staffing Solutions (CSS) is a one man show. The owner is Don Kaminski. Don does things the old fashioned way. He doesn’t even have a website. Don’t let not having website fool you. This guy has more high tech “C†level contacts than anyone I know in Pittsburgh. Most likely, he placed them in their job. Don has mastered the art of communication. He has integrity and he won’t waste your time blowing smoke up your orifice about how great a company is. He merely states the facts. This man has the largest network of contacts than anyone I know. You hear a company is a sweatshop and you can Don and he knows at least 2 people that work there and can confirm or deny your suspicions. I’ve know Don for 10+ years and he is the most honest body snatcher I know. His specialty is System Administration (especially UNIX) and Telecommunications opportunities.
I have never referred a person to Don that was disappointed.

This is the only recruiter I've ever worked with that would call periodically to see how I was doing, tell me a dirty joke, and let me know when to pick-up my paycheck. Extremely highly recommended!
