They sent me an email about a job that sort of matched my skillset. The email opens with "Reviewed your resume on Monster and feel you are a good match for the job description below. Let me know your interest and availability ASAP."

One of the requirements, listed under "Must Have!" was "fluent in Spanish." Nothing on any of my profiles indicates I speak Spanish. I think I'd indicate if I was fluent in some language other than English. I guess when they "review" a resume, they really mean "just send out mail based on keywords." Oh well.

Isn't this company related to that scammer outfit called ATSI (which owns Cadstar, ESG, Advanced Technology, Entegee, ETG, Accustaff, Modis, National Software Associates, Technical Aid Corp, amongst others)?

You got it backwards. ATSI does not own anything or anybody. ATSI does the recruiting part and Entegee does their other stuff such Payroll accounting, benefits, holds security clearance. Entegee, which is owned by the MPS Group provides the administrative functions to a whole bunch of recruiters, some of whom might be one man operations. As posted in another post, for me ATSI/Entegee combination worked great.

Think Energy Group appears to be legit, if a little light in the substance department.

I don't believe that it is related to ATSI - I'm thinking you are referring to Additional Technical Support, Inc. in Massachusetts? There is also an ATSI Group recruiter in Portland, Oregon that appears to be on the level.

My problem was that they just kept sending post after post after post of things that I wasn't qualified for, and it was eating up the small mailbox I had at the time. I've actually dealt with them a few times, but it never went anywhere.

Think Resources does it all wrong:

* No recruiter names.

* No phone numbers.

* Most of their jobs are also being advertised by the actual employer, so do they really have a contractural relationship with the employer? What kind?

* Bogus locations for jobs

* Rates and salaries posted are often less than what the employer is offering. Hmmmm.

* Expects you to e-mail your resume to them and wait for a call.
