My name is Amy and I have been in the Human Resources business for over 15 years. I am currently recruiting for PegaStaff (www.Pegastaff.com) as an Executive IT Recruiter. As your recruiter, my goal is to present you with the most options, prepare you for your interviews, and provide the best possible customer service to you.

Here are some interviewing tips that we call "The Game Plan" that are reviewed in detail before our candidates go to their inteviews. As your recruiter, I take approx. 20-30 mintues preparing someone for their interview.

1. Get the facts: GOAL - Learn about Company, position, & who they want to hire
2. Present the facts: GOAL – Apply what you have learned to YOUR background
