I received a extremely long kind of questionable introduction email that was badly formatted with terrible grammar & was a bit pushy. Since the end of the email indicates that Technisource is a subsidiary of Spherion (a company linked with fraud) I've decided trash tha mutha.
"Cisco is ready to interview. At this point, I just need from you a copy of your resume in Word format that I can submit to the hiring manager. I just want to know from you what you are looking at getting into and if Cisco is the type of place you want to be. Also, are you authorized to work in the US or be W-2? Can you provide 2 professional references (managers/supervisors)? When is your availability to interview/? When are you available to start if offered the position? And on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest, how interested are you in pursing this opportunity?
