"Real" spam emails and how to deal with them?

Recently, I have started to receive a lot of emails that start out with something like "This may be a shot in the dark, but I'm hoping you may be interested in or know someone that is interested in this position..."
So far, they've all been one of two types of jobs. First is the low-level high requirements job. The technician job that requires 10+ years of experience, a 4 year degree and pays $26k a year. The other type is the high level job with a lot of experience and education requirements. This usually has something bad about it, most likely the pay for experience level is low. I'm not qualified for either, and there isn't any way the recruiter could have mistaken that unless they just triggered on a keyword, and blasted mails to every one that came back. That's the point I have to stress - the email is always one where the recruiter is hoping that I'll supply them with a name - they have no interest in me because I can't fill the position with my butt.
My personal philosophy is that phishing of almost any type is bad, and I don't reply to these emails. I consider them to be just junk clogging up my mailbox. But they seem to be increasing, and some recruiters using Monster are sending out huge lists of these junk jobs.
Ignoring them seems to be the only thing to do. But how to inform recruiters that junk mail is bad, regardless of source seems to be the problem.
