Monster.com is probably the largest job website on the whole planet. Unfortunately, they're more interested in revenue than in helping people find jobs, which leaves us all with spammed accounts, and bogus job postings. Have you landed a job through Monster? Personally, I have never landed a job off any Monster.com resume I've posted. Dice.com seems to work very well, though. These days, recruiters tend to find their candidates from the job boards, and Dice.com, for me at least, has been an extremely productive resource. My last three positions were through recruiters who had found my resume on Dice.com.
