UGA/MEGA is Yet Another Insurance Company that spams people on Monster et al. The fun thing about this one is that the "interview" is in Kansas, which is a good two hour flight from where I live.

I came across your posted resume on monster. I am very pleased to offer
you the opportunity to participate in the selection process for the
position of Small Business Specialist with UGA- United Group Assosciation.
I have limited interview times available and I would like to meet with
you as soon as possible. Here are the interview times available:

Mondays- 4:00 pm
Tuesdays- 10:00 am or 1:00 pm
Wednesday- 10:00 am

We are an uncommon company and we subscribe to an uncommon recruiting
process, allow me to explain. I would like you to be fully aware of the
culture of our organization, the market we serve (self-employed small
buisness owners), the leads (names of people that would like your
assitance), the products we offer (business, financial and health benefits),
our unique pay (52 weekly advance checks and 22 bonus checks could net
you $75,000 to $150,000 within your first year) and the benefits
package (stock, great getaways and much much more). Our first interview will
take approximately one hour's time.

these sessions.

We need outside sales reps that want to be trained as to how to help
small business owners run a more profitable business.
