I just got a new job from Atlantis Partners. They took the time to meet me, gave me feedback on my resume and job search. They delivered on 4 interivews in 1 week and placed me at my number one choice! I would refer them with out hesitation!

You are definitely in the minority, my friend. Atlantis Partners is owner by the same firm that owns Remington International, and they both employ the same bottom-feeding tactics so many people have already chronicled on this site. I hired a gentleman a few years ago who worked in the IT department of the parent company and he was the one who gave me the insight. They each churn through contact names in an attempt to get new job orders and when they have sifficiently ticked off enough people at company X and have been asked to remove Company X from their call list, they simply toss the lead over the fence to their sister company and the process starts all over again.
Both places hire aggressive young rookies who slam the phones and take a large numbers approach to the job. Although you may get a rare person who shows empathy for a job seeker, most of them are conditioned to harvest as many leads out of candidates as they can so they have more places to call and hound. These are the types of shops that tar the entire industry with a fairly well-earned reputation.
Atlantis Partners? Eeeee-yew, gross. That Boston organization is a pile of trash. They just collect names and contacts and get you interviews for jobs that don't exist. I was interviewed by Mass General Hospital through them once and I never got an answer, so I went to the MGH operator and I tracked down one of the ones that interviewed me in that "professional" Atlantis office (pig pen is more like it) and got a good laugh as she seemed to have freaked out that I tracked her down to get feeback on my interview. FUNNY!
Sure when I gave names to Atlantis, I gave them wrong names and numbers. Atlantis deserves that!
